It was bittersweet leaving LA. Aaron and I experienced so many big moments during those 6 years. We got engaged, married and our sweet little girl was born.

I can’t wait to see what unfolds during our time in Texas! Enjoy a few snaps from our family shoot on SPI.

Sunday highlights:

⊹ went for a long run on the strand + stopped to watch the surfers on the pier
⊹ baked these caramel cookie skillet cookie bars by @rachaelsgoodeats (can’t believe I’ve never tried her skillet cookie recipes before!)
⊹ had the laziest (but best) afternoon with Aaron - he works 80+ hour weeks and sometimes even more on the weekends, so it was good to just be together!

A little peak into our magical weekend getaway.

Aaron and I booked a last minute trip to Palm Springs.

We biked around pretty neighborhoods, did a self-guided door tour, had dinner under twinkle lights (it’s been over a year since we’ve had a date night at a restaurant) and squeezed in a small hike before driving back to LA.

We’re already planning our next trip!
