The Ultimate Trader Joe’s Vegan Shopping List
Trader Joe’s has been my go-to store for the past 8 years!
I remember being so excited when Aaron and I first moved to Ann Arbor, that we would be so close to one! I love TJ’s because of their low price points, vegan-friendly options and one-stop shopping experience.
They also come out with some pretty fun products every couple of weeks, which keeps things exciting!

Veggies:
- Romaine lettuce
- Spinach or chopped kale

- Jumbo cinnamon rolls (love buying these accidentally vegan rolls for special occasions like holidays!)
Freezer
- Cauliflower gnocchi (try sautéing with pesto)
- Thai vegetable gyoza (I don’t buy this super often, but they’re so good!)
- Riced cauliflower (I love adding this to my smoothies to thicken them)
- Riced cauliflower stir fry
- Frozen edamame
- Frozen fruit
- Cherries (so yummy to snack on!)
- Blueberries

Pantry
Bread, Grains, Pasta + Rice:
- Ezekiel sprouted grain bread
- Ezekiel sprouted grain tortillas

- Fresh flowers (I wait all year for peony season!)
- Candles (definitely my vice, because candles aren’t the most non-toxic product…but they just smell so good! Especially the Mango Tangerine scent – it smells like an Anthropologie blend!)
