The Only 3 Skincare Products You Really Need!

Are you currently overwhelmed with the thousands of different skincare products available?

Especially when hearing various skincare terms being thrown around, it’s hard to decipher what you really need in your skincare routine! (Or maybe you haven’t even developed a skincare routine yet – and that’s totally okay!)

1. Cleanser

This step is so important in ensuring that your skin is clean! Cleansers remove dirt, makeup, excess oils + other environmental factors (think: smog, smoke and other grime in the air) from your skin.

The type of cleanser that works for you depends on your preference and skin condition – but be sure to steer clear of harsh cleansers that make your face feel tight/dry or cause irritation.

2. Moisturizer

A nourishing + hydrating moisturizer is your best friend! Everyone needs to moisturize, even if you have oily skin!

Moisturizers work to help fight off wrinkles, hide blemishes and hydrate your skin (especially after hot showers), leaving you with a healthy glow.

The best time to apply is directly after cleansing while your skin is still damp! You’ll know if your moisturizer is a good fit if it instantly feels nice on your face!

3. SPF

Sunscreen should always be the last step in your AM skincare routine! Even when it’s cloudy, it’s so important to protect your skin from UVA/UVB rays.

Apply your sunscreen generously to your face, neck and ears. Also, be sure to purchase a facial sunscreen specifically, they’re formulated to be more lightweight and won’t clog your pores!
